Less Salary HR department thinks that they are owner of the company No Work-Life Balance Appraisals are very very late and very very less according to market Working Environment is very very negative No Skill Development High Hierarchy No Cafeteria There is not a single facility for employees Some facilities, For Formality, are there but chargeable. Not employee centric Even tea, coffee, and other beverages are chargeable Cannot use wifi Useless Company

Timely salary credit. Leave approval.

Lost of politics. Minimum knowledge sharing. Minimum scope of improvement. Biased attitude of management/seniors. No recognition of talent/skill. Irrational expectations without proper infra or support.

...is no pressure on the work, but you must achieve the target in an monthly basis. They paid a good salary as well. There are lots of fun and celebration like Diwali, Christmas, etc. Nice working with Tradeindia.com

Dislikes

System block. If you are not achieve the target on the weekly basis, you CRM will block and need to approach to your Reporting manager and further to unblock your CRM need to approach to the Branch manager. This is what I don't like

Work culture, Politics in office, HR Department rude behaviour, No respect for employees, Less salary, Work pressure, No appraisal on time, Managers never takes feedback from us instead they take decisions and make employees follow them, Higher management has a very bad behaviour for employees.

Talented and very supportive team members and great opportunity to learn and grow your skills.

Dislikes

Too less salary as per caliber and experience and their are no extra but important facilities like cab, lunch, work from home, etc.
