Worst place to start if you are a fresher. The company runs on complete sycophancy and only the older ones run the company and avail all the benefits. Office politics prevails tremendously and you will be a victim if you are not a part of it. No likes about this organisation

Noone cares about you unless you are a sycophant. Perverts around, if you are person of a weak character then you can sustain here for only years as it would be the best place. The organisation only cares about the older ones.

1. The place is meant for office politics. You would rarely find talent pool from best colleges/universities working in this company. Lack of talent pool and toxic work culture made many talent to leave the organisation. 2. Fancy designations and brand name may lure candidates, but overall it's a CALL centre. 3. No work life balance, worst remunerations, no job security only fancy JOB titles 4. Don't be fooled by the name , it's not a government entity but a call centre approved by government 5. Don't try to contribute, excel, perform or suggest, such things WILL not be/never appreciated

Nothing to Like. This place is absolutely unsuitable for females.

Dislikes

No culture No values Bullying Management No policies Unnecessary harassment over nothing Trend to humiliate people Unbelievable attrition rate (especially amongst females) They paint rainbows and what not at the time of recruitment. Promise all sort of things, but it's the last place where you want to work. I strongly advise any female not to join this place.
