Worst company ever. No work life balance. Not giving any appraisal. And treating employees like robots.. No Job security, they fire people without any reason. And managers are not friendly. They never do any work and putting pressure on employees. Don't waste your time and career with this company.

Interview process is much pretty I had no issue with that everything went smoothly.. and HR team is nice specially Pooja ma'am she is awesome.. other than that everything is below average

Too much work pressure.... According to timing it's took more timing and salary range is low...., No appreciation .... Career growth rating 0% even they r not giving welcome kit or else meet up party and all.. still they r not give us I'd card which is verified like we r working for them.... Their seniors has other level attitude they r not polite at all.

Tracxn is very helpfull to me, HR team they are very kind and good gestured. when my laptop got repaired, they helped me in every possible way. as my laptop got repaired i had no option left but to resign. But now i will apply for the same company (tracxn) no matter what the role is. I liked tracxn very much. Great pleasure to work over there.

Please implement no work no pay policy at tracxn. If my laptop hadnt been repaired . I would not have left tge tracxn no matter what . As no work no pay policy is nt implemented i had no option left but to resign as i had no backup laptop.

I joined in the month of April 2022.Till now everything is fine.Manager is so supportive.Lots of this I have learned in this data operation job.Good job and good position for fresher's.The most interesting part is the competition they arrange every month.I am satisfied.Ignore all negative reviews.

(1) It is like a support work, every work is done on Google Spreadsheets. We need to conduct research on various company's websites and tag it to relevant sectors. (2) When an employee tags a company to incorrect sectors, managers behave like the entire platform was crashed or there was crisis in the organization. Although those incorrect sectors can be modified instantly. But they want 100% work with zero errors, which I believe is not possible anywhere. (3) In my opinion, there is no requirement of graduation or post graduation for this role. By providing enough training, even 10th class students can do this type of work. (4) The work is very monotonous and it requires strict 8 hours continuous work. Some employees are required to work on rotational shifts. (5) Note: The company posts job openings and shows job titles such as Secondary Research / Market Research Analyst / Researcher. These job titles may be different but the work is same for all designations.
