There are many things to learn there, Robotics spot welding, mig welding, projection welding, spm machines, press machines, TPM...
Beneficial for freshers.
...ven on public holidays, if you declined then manager threats you by many ways.
Salary not happening on time, (Dates - 15,23,27,).
No mediclaim policy.

You will get to learn basic documentation.

Plant 2 Biw Manager is very political person. He threatens you more and more. Salary not happening on time.
When you try to switch job from there then he asks you to show your offer letter and if you decline for that then he discommode you. He literally mentally disturbs you.
During notice period he calls you in company on holiday also...
So if you want to join track components you can join but don't join BIW Section in plant 2.
There Salary dates are not fix.(Many time after 25th to 30th of next mounth for previous mounth salary.) Food quality was not good and change as per shift. No transport for staff There salary hikes are very less and late process.

Skill development and learning only things which can better there.
Dislikes
1.Salary not on time.
2.Increament growth is veri poor, like 500rs,700rs etc.Also not on time.
3.Hr policy good only for managers not for junior's.
4.Management not serious about our employees. They are not arranging employee motivational program.
Duty starting time is fixed but it has no ending time,like you are going to work at 7 am but there's a little chance that you come home after working 8 hours.Your credit will be eaten by your seniors.Too much politics here as because most of the employees are some one's brother, someone's brother in law.Top management apne ristedaron ko hire karte hai,accha package dete hai unko Jo kuch v nahi jante matlab freshers ko engineer level pe hire karenge.Senior slangs too much.. Senior give mental stress to junior..If you're getting hired to a mid level position then senior will force you to do their job to and they will freely roam here and there.People turn their words in a second.. senior logo ko bharosa karna nahi chahiye.. senior dicision denge aap senior ka order follow karoge,bad me usi dicision k wajah se jab senior phasenge to wo palat jayenge aur apko phasa denge.
