Micromanagement. People who have no management skills are in management positions. No leadership skills in these people, but they've been given a lot of responsibility. Toxic culture where regionalism plays a huge part "Let's wrap this up by EOD" culture. No planning. It's all about pushing the fix the very same day. Leads to burnout Good people but they are leaving fast. Have to go to office EVERYDAY for "cross team collab" even if your entire team is in a different city. Archaic thoughts and ideas from the top leadership Going to IPO from 2018. More of a retention tool than anything

Work culture is not good, mostly managers are hired from service industries, they came with typical politics mindset in product company and made environment toxic HRs are only for briefing policies

I like to do working with tracelink becouse all over employees and my team leader always support to me and I am very happy 😊

Company provides lunch, breakfast, dinner and good medical policies.

No job security, they will send an email in the morning that you are eliminated and tell to leave you EOD. Too much micro management.
