They are not at all supporting us in this Pandemic situation, they throw out 400+ employees from the company, so there is no job security in Trace VFX India Pvt Ltd.

Dislikes

...out our home expenses. They directly throw out 400+ employees in such situation. If they cut the salary and secure the job of employees that will be good decision but they don't care about the employees so please think twice before joining such company.

Likes

Work culture is good , people are friendly and supportive, yes they gave bonuses as well . Personally had a good time and was learning alot . however there is no support during covid 19 lockdown. Unfortunately company has raised their hands during this crisis . New management decisions are not fair.

Dislikes

There is no job security. This was the time when an employee needed support from their company . This was the time when company should have said don't worry we got your back like an employee has the company's back during heavy projects and delivering them before time . Yes there is a lot of politics and new management decisions are not fair .

Likes

I really want to thank Trace VFX for giving me opportunity to work there. It was a great experience working on high quality project, though the environment in the company is really you should be happy with. Team Lead, Key Artists and all major contributors were equally kind and generous. Given opportunity again, I would love to go back there again.

Dislikes

I don't think, there's anything I dislike about working at Trace VFX. I was an ideal platform for me.
