Zonal head amit rehlon is worst man as he use employees like scapegoat only for his personal benefits, he use employees only for 5-6 months to justify his profile, you can check his past record and ask from office employees or x employees, he spoiled my career like other employees, as a company may be it was good but if main person is like that then what will you expect.

Zonal manager involved in personal incomes with area manager, they are just fooling the organization actually, they use new employees only for few months.

Company is very good. Work life balance is excellent.

Company management is very poor. They don't know how to stay in the market. They're not interested in company growth. They're just ideal sitting nor focusing on sales. just enjoying their own life. Because of this soon company will shut down.

Compensatin is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure es very high. Sometimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in aday as i have to attend clint call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do recive appreciation email from my clint, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on job traing for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step bu step, whichis a pain sometimes.
