Its for the past 20+ years (from Feb, 2001 to Mar, 2021), I worked with TPSC with 9 promotions and with good encouragement from the management at all levels. Work culture is good and company policies are at par with the world class companies as TPSC India is a TOSHIBA group company. Good international work exposure is received, travelled more than 6 countries and worked with different nationals (Japanese, Koreans, Malaysians, Philippines, Indonesians, Chinese along with our own country nationals) during this tenure.

Dislikes

We were extremely busy with good amount of work load for entire tenure, even though we enjoyed working, some times it is felt initially that work-personal life balance is going out of way. This is made evened out / balanced by our management by making 5 day week (from 5.5 days working) for the past 10 years.

In tpsc india top managements was very good for us , company policies also good ,but during covid 19 company behaviour was very bad without notice company is terminate and experience latter also not given, maximum staff got compensation for my case they told me your salary is very high company is not given any amounts.

Dislikes

Site manager playing poltices and for contractor monthly RA bill clear they given more pressure why becouse they every month got money from contractor
