... can also transfer to PSCC and enjoy the remote operation job like my colleague. Timely salary, new technologies like SCADA, PSCC, Smart meter, Call Centre, MPG, GIS etc. all departments are good. Power System Control Centre have control room which operates 24x7 for continuous power supply. Through SCADA power restored within a second and all relays can easily be known.

They hide designation on hiring time. They joined you on lower Designation and salary as per your experience. Appraisal system is fully biased. Hard working person gets average rating and boot lickers are get higher rating. Managers have no knowledge and vision on work. Even GETs & DETs are not giving any respect to seniors. They know that their bosses are only GOD.
