Work culture n salary structure. No employee engagement activity & a GET salary might be equals to 10 yrs experience person also the performance pay is included in CTC which is 50% of basic this amount is totally depending on performance rating

Dislikes

They don't have a pay slab for employees. With same grade one is paid 1500000 and one is paid 450000 it's very poor . Even this time they given hikes to random employees with 40% hikes without irrespective of the PM's rating. If the HR department will follow the ethics of tata power 50% then the employee will never leave this company.

Teammates and boss are unsupportive and full of pretence. Boss is supporting those who works for him. Mechanical branch people are recruited for electrical work. Marketing experience people are posted for substation operation job. No career growth. Management is very casual. KRA system isn't transparent. Management doesn't listen to the problem of employees. Not adhering the true culture of Tata company. No conveyance allowance, medical allowance, shift allowance though employees are striving so hard day & night.
