Disgusting work culture, higher management don't listen and mold the policy as per there will, salary is not up to mark, performance bonus is given at August which is 5 months delay, company always try to give you less rating so that it can take your hard earning salary

Only salary on time.

Dislikes

Salary structure not good. Junior employee high salary but Senior has low. Culture is not good. Always clashes between southco and tata staff. Increment process not good. Actual working staff salary very low as compare to trainee staff.

Reimbursement process is fast. Salary comes in right time.

Dislikes

Teammates and boss are unsupportive and full of pretence. Boss is supporting those who works for him. Mechanical branch people are recruited for electrical work. Marketing experience people are posted for substation operation job. No career growth. Management is very casual. KRA system isn't transparent. Management doesn't listen to the problem of employees. Not adhering the true culture of Tata company. No conveyance allowance, medical allowance, shift allowance though employees are striving so hard day & night.

Approachable management. Here top management is very much approachable Even a new entry will not feel like their grievance has not been heard. They can approach any time n managers also support this

Dislikes

Work culture n salary structure. No employee engagement activity & a GET salary might be equals to 10 yrs experience person also the performance pay is included in CTC which is 50% of basic this amount is totally depending on performance rating

They don't have a pay slab for employees. With same grade one is paid 1500000 and one is paid 450000 it's very poor . Even this time they given hikes to random employees with 40% hikes without irrespective of the PM's rating. If the HR department will follow the ethics of tata power 50% then the employee will never leave this company.
