Company finance team and some senior are supportive. But after that i dont like anything in this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary also not good and career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. They take new employee on consultant basis after that employee has to work hard for permanent but company will not make permanent.

...s not sharing important information with team which need to rights everyone, Salary growth is very low , if you asked for not getting much increment than they have only one answer- company going in Loss.

With Toyota Tsusho, I was part of New business development team where my reporting manager was an egoistic and arrogant person and it was extremely difficult to work with him. Working culture was micromanagement to the core. One cannot send an Email to IT team without copying my manager in the cc. My 1 year experience with this team was very stressful. If anyone receive any opportunity to work in the new business development team, kindly avoid and look for other opportunities

Top management is very supportive and promotes learning and development of every individual irrespective of his level in the company.

Dislikes

Need to consider benchmarking of compensation at each level with industry standards and consider market correction in every 5 years. Otherwise, company HR policies are excellent.

Company name is Recycling Management, but there is no recycling, basically it's a trading firm which is getting scrap generated from other Japanese OEM vendors and disposing to local scrap dealers with some margin. Unlike of you have heard about Japanese culture, here you will get frustrated because of egoistic Japanese management, who ll always try to dominate you by giving warning letter and can fire you also without any valid reason.

While there are so many negative points, you can have insight of bit Japanese culture which is not so rewarding
