Company finance team and some senior are supportive. But after that i dont like anything in this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary also not good and career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. They take new employee on consultant basis after that employee has to work hard for permanent but company will not make permanent.

...s not sharing important information with team which need to rights everyone, Salary growth is very low , if you asked for not getting much increment than they have only one answer- company going in Loss.

Good, japanese working, It is a Group company of Toyota involved in Trading for material from any part of work with there strong presence in the different countries.

Need to work on there ground reality. Working Process and SOP are too slow and complex.

With Toyota Tsusho, I was part of New business development team where my reporting manager was an egoistic and arrogant person and it was extremely difficult to work with him. Working culture was micromanagement to the core. One cannot send an Email to IT team without copying my manager in the cc. My 1 year experience with this team was very stressful. If anyone receive any opportunity to work in the new business development team, kindly avoid and look for other opportunities
