The company is good for Management category and even there is a politics but also paying good Salary for management category. one thing when giving upgradation in union category they r considering the person(employee) who r talking lowdly in front of management and who is strong financially, because to keep(control) them. I felt there is no value for Honest workers and skilled workers, and feel that's a kind of politics,.

Dislikes

There is no upgradation opportunity for hire educational members that's a highly disliking thing in TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR MOTORS.

Likes

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...aspects 3. Making sure that all employees are getting adjusted to New normal 4. Adhering to all defined policies of last year for bonus and salary hike although economic conditions are not so good

1. New ideas are not easily acceptable- ideas should go through complete toyota way process (this was good till now and it will be good in future also, but) In this challenging situation we could have just taken some different routes

The working environment During covid situation company did not cut the salary & inspire of covid they provided us yearly increment along with last year bonus.

Likes

Teammates are very friendly, you get the best on the job training. Career growth is not very fast , it's like cooking in a low flame, Slow but effective. There is a lot opportunity for travel (domestic,mainly depending on the region which you will take care) & also overseas for training/seminars/conferences. Work life balance is very good. Learning is immense as there is so much to learn each and every day. But it depends on how you accommodate in the company. It is very disciplined and timings are fixed. So, there is no room for you to take the work home or there is no concept of work from home. Overall it's a good company to get comfortable with the work culture and environment. Also, food & transportation is taken care.

Dislikes

The growth & the salary hikes are not very good.
