Management: Some say the company has insufficient management skills. Growth opportunities: Some say there are fewer growth opportunities at the company.

I woked at Toyota as a client location, if you got an opportunity in design field then don't join, work is fully like labour work so please don't join, one advantage is they will pay good salary compared to other companies . Respect is Only for employees U need to do the work what employees assign you irrespective of your Designation and Qualification.
