...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ducts of TKM that's why there is no need to work very hard than other brands. 3 This company gives a large salary package than other companies. 4 Incentives are very big amount from TKM, but depand on dealership management that they are properly giving incentives their sales officers or hike this incentive from sales team. TKM always gives online training about new products and Toyota lagacy. 5 This company is a number one vehicle selling brand in world. Its quality is based on QDR. There is only one thing I dislike that (M.D) Owner of Toyota Kirloskar Motors dealership are rairly meets with their sales officers they always left all decision authority to their management whatever they do with sales Officer eighter right or wrong. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address sales officer issue.Salary is decent but growth is very slow.

1. New ideas are not easily acceptable- ideas should go through complete toyota way process (this was good till now and it will be good in future also, but) In this challenging situation we could have just taken some different routes

The working environment During covid situation company did not cut the salary & inspire of covid they provided us yearly increment along with last year bonus.
