The company looks after employees very well interns of compensation and benifits. Company has paid salary and hike during both the lockdowns. For a fresher 2-3 yrs in this company is more than sufficient. One planning to join the company as a manager or above can plan retirement in this company.

Learning is very slow and less. American and European systems are not very much followed in the company. Only Japanese systems are followed.

They take safety as a 1st key performance indicators and care for every one .And salary is given at right time after 1 month every time

They are no special training for diploma or ITI candidate.They just think that only BE candidates are well mannered or do work well than diploma or ITI candidate.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I worked as a apprentice trainee, there is no job security company policies are also very bad

There is alot of politics and management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is too bad, no career growth. There is a bond of one year before which you cannot resign if anyone resign won't get experience letter as an award. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
