Appraisal and quarterly insensitive , reason I quit the job , is only at the time of joining my previous salary was 17k per month and only I getting in TFSIN is 20600 ,, at the of joining hr confirmed me that he/she will be increase my salary in appraisal but it not happend,,

It's good. Very big platform, i learned lot of things in this company. It's very helpfull to grow in my future. The company policies is quite superb because the action plan is amazing. Work culture.. They already gave me a training session that's very helpfull to speaking confidently... They teach how to interaction with customers.. It's very helpfull for me...

The salary structure... But it's not that bad...

Worst company with bosses act as blood suckers of employees none of the employees stict on for more than 1 year and no work life balance never ever join this company

...ny policies are very good. There was u huge cafeteria for chill in breaker time.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They take us in bond of 3 months after they said they take on role but after that they are saying can u work for another bond.

Only one reason for dislike company has sifted Delhi office to Banglore and still so many employees of Delhi office are jobless.
