Need some correction during recruitments.. Slabs to be implemented as per International standards.

Good for initial years of career as you get to work on various fields or areas. Job security is very high as compared to industry.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Salary is not good enough as compared with work. Management level politics can be seen.

Still not finding any good during working at TOYO Engineering. Very worst working culture and staff.

Toxic working culture. Cooperation between staff and seniors not good. Facilities is very poor only salary credited nothing else. During recruitment time HR motivated the staff for join but at real all facilities not given at site very fraud commitment.

Managers are horrible they torture employees with hopeless level of communication.they don't guide for better work culture,they only dominate employees so he will be in depression all day

Good experience to work with experries. Helpfull team mates.

...er that they direct give work .poor training quality .no carrer growth in toyo . Salary growth also not possible specially conctract employee . They treated like as third degree with contract employee giving so much work. Bonus not provided for contract employee.no shift allowance for employee.they terminated employes immediately .No facility available in toyo.
