Please suggest if anyone found till then continue with special features about company. - Not a good place to work. - Badi jagah ki choti company - Nothing for skill development of employees bas aao or kaam pe lag jao - No celebration of any type(festival, birthday, month end party). - Na mnaate hai na mnaane denge poore IT park me log festivals celebrate karte hai but yha seat se bhi nahi uth sakte. - No HR policy as well as no HR. - They don't consider employees as part of company. - No work from home/hybrid mode of work. chhuti lelo wfh yha applicable nahi - People there have no identity of himself outside office as no company ids provided. - Earlier they provide lunch but they stop the service - No work life balance you need to come when your kids go to school and return after when your kids sleep. - Only 10-12 people company. Seating hi itni hai bas employee change hote hai. jyada ki sochoge hi nahi to grow kaise karoge bhai - Very small office - All peoples are frustrated here due to bad environment but no one saying anything in front of owners as no job security. pata chala sham ko ghar jaate hi mail aa gya kal se nahi aana.

Dislikes

- morning tea is provided when all employee reach there. no extra tea max 2-3 times a day due to non availability of tea/coffee machine - Small gathering area full of which is so unhygienic with no seating also sometimes if you need to present demo to client you have to sit in gathering area as there is no separate cabin. - No company culture - You need to tell them everyday what you have done in whole day before leaving office - nothing for employee work motivation - Since start of company they never organise any outing/tour i think it is only one of its kind in India There are lot more but if they read it please inme se 50% bhi sudhaar karlo it will be in benefit for company growth

Dislikes

I can assure you one thing that Mortuary is better place than this company. Management don’t know how to run a company. Fake promises made at the time of interview and on ground reality nothing would happened.
