Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Name itself says Planning for Town and Country, Planning for the town considering the future growth of population and its implementation gives satisfaction. We have all the opportunities to show our Ideas in the preparation of Master Plan for the Cities/ Towns using latest technology such as Aerial Photography/ Satellite Image. GIS platform is used in preparation of Master Plan.
