This was a good company in terms of job security, work-life balance, work environment till driven by Israel national. Everything lost as soon as team leadership taken over by Indian national. Politics has become inevitable and work environment has touched the bottom. Teammates are very supportive and I loved working with them.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but no growth. Work pressure is moderate but 365X24X7 working. High level of politics and no action against corruption. Travel allowances and training budget has been poor since beginning. Appraisals are not achievement based, only perception based.

1. Bad organization Structure. Any random work is allocated which are not part of KRA & working domain at any time. 2. Works performed by Non SME without thinking about quality and correctness. 3. No work life balance even work is assigned randomly on weekly off days on Saturday & Sunday. 4. No process oriented. 5. Less job security like small shop. 6. Management don't have clear vision and poor pre-planning. 7. Non uniform work distribution and poor planning by corporate

Everything is satisfied except work load. You are given free hand to take decisions and get them executed. But work assigned to be performed timely if it's more than normal than need to extend work hours. Best work culture and staff to support.

Dislikes

Office location is very remote that you can reach by your own convenience else you have to pay more than INR 150 to reach there from sector 62 or Bus stand noida. work load to bear and deliver timely, no excuse. else all is ok

...and culture is good. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policy are average and appraisals are not fair and they give good salary hike to new joine but for old employees they give very less increment.

Management is pathetic and is biased ..only promote their people . Even now ascend managment is more pathetic ..people.should avoid going to these type.of companies as their top management is not approachable and play politics with every body career ..
