It's well established company since 2002. But don't care about their employees and delayed salary is a big crisis.

Dislikes

They don't provide promotions even after completing the time. Managers take WFH for months and junior employees cries just for 2 days wfh. No work life balance they'll ask to work even after shift timings and on weekends. No management at all. The biggest problem is promotion & hikes.

They don't give salary timely, In fact they delay the salaries for months, no promotions no nothing, horrible culture.

Their ability to give chances to everyone

Dislikes

They are not going to listen properly. Seniors have their own mindset. Delays in salary and F&F clearance. One sided decision taker. Standing on step 1 and thinking that they are challenging top organisations. One word "Robbers"

Wasting time on unproductive discussion, the development head discusses different subjects in every meeting. In the morning, there's one task; in the afternoon, another new task; at 3 PM, yet another task, and in the evening, a different one. They don't bother to check whether the previous work is completed or not; they are passionate about assigning new work to the employees.

...ons as the heads of development, sales, and marketing, has worsened since covid. Employees experienced a 30% salary reduction that continued for next one and half years. Many are still receiving salaries with a 6-7 month delay. The company lacks a clear roadmap, and the leadership, particularly the CEO who is also leading the sales team, has little or no understanding of finance. They receive funds but waste resources without any backup plans for employees and the company. After working here for a long time, the true nature of the company became apparent following the pandemic. Job security is there because employees don't get salaries hence can stay in the organization. They always blame employees and not their decisions. Company has failed to perform in past 6 years or so but CEO has not stepped down and accepted his failure as a CEO, same is the case with CIO, CTO, CBO.

Job security is what one can look for by being in this company , but some of the team members specially technical team members do not support , career growth is slow here , salaries are not on time , there is good work life balance , but learning and skill development is not up to the Mark... it's good company for a fresher to start but if u wanna grow u need to switch for a better enviornment
