The only thing I liked about working at Touchstone was that it offered a lot of work as well as other activities.

Dislikes

There is no new value for those in lower positions in Touchstone: If Meneggr is wrong then even if he is wrong, accept his words as right. The one who does less and does not complete the targeted is of no value, the one who does not achieve the target even for one month, nothing is said to you, but till the target is achieved every month, you are heard.

No any learning program or skills development program also lack of management . Hiring of new employees were delayed most of the time and that ruins work life balance of the pther hardworking employees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Touchstone is good company But my senior behaviour is very bad he is totally selfish person. I am not happy Vijay nishad human nature so I suggest to mr. Rohit parkh sir (Mare Boss) kindly action for this person. Rohit parkh sir is very good man his voice is brilliant voice. sir jab bolte hai to lagta hai sunte rahe. Thanks
