Working at touchstone has a number of plus points which i like the most. In fact it totally depends on a person if he or she has the ability to learn and grow then it is possible there.

Dislikes

..., tiring schedule.. say no to personal life. Excessive pressure of performance . Salary is really low and no good increment after hard work

Its a good career opportunity where you can run our own buisness through your teams. There are many supportive teammates which helps you and they also gave some skills at the time of training, they are lots of things to learn from field.

Dislikes

I don't understand the weakly salary structure and no reimbursement if you were going on a road trip through organisation for buisness purpose

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

Dislikes

Comensation is decent , but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths. So much partical and basiesd behavior of the manager

I specifically liked the descipline that the institute has it is good be in a place like that where most of the things are well managed.

Dislikes

The chances of getting raise in a longer period are lesser, which makes it boring to work for 10 hours.

Likes

The company is good and teammates were also supportive. Easy to work with them and to get the knowledge about latest technology and to work on it. Work location is in my hometown so it was easy for me to travel. Office environment was very good.

Dislikes

Growth was slow and I want to explore my knowledge and I believe in learning.
