Frequent training from officials, on time salary and good appraisal, centralized system and good audio vidual aid for lecture delivery.

Slow growth, efforts go unnoticed at times, less appreciation, sometimes I work for 12 hours in a day without any overtime, high work pressure n less leaves.

...to say she is fabulous in all terms and is understanding enough in all respects. There are good options for bonus and all but you just have to grab those and follow certain rules and regulations of the organisation. Holidays was the only problem to maintain the balance between work and personal life otherwise it is a good organisation.

Punctuality regarding salary and management is too good .One can know the actual meaning of professionalism by working with touchstone .

I had to work like a robot .They didnt allow to go to washroom during cabin interviews. That was too scary .

Poor work environment and policies. No employee friendly policy. Not even proper lunch time for trainers. Not at all allowed to go outside during office hours. Not at all comfortable place to work.
