Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

पैसे समय से नही मिलता और यहाँ लोगों को काम छोड़ने की बात करने पे धमकी देते है और अपने आप को दिल्ली ncr का मालिक बन कर बात करता है की दिल्ली मे काम करना और रहना मुश्किल करने की धमकी मिलती है

Nothing to like as such. In my whole career i have not worked in such a un organized company

Dislikes

The company is driven by the production contractor's and not by the management. They debit the employee. If you leave the company then your full n final will take 45 days to settle. Friends be careful in work in such a company
