...ments Will be true about this company.they r took me from india for design work.they said so many promises like Emirates ID, salary hike,tool working. But when i joined here no salary, work only visit visa. so argent CEO. So as per my kind advice don't come to join here.🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡😡😠😕😡. They r get u for only manpower calculation. because of client giving the project

There is nothing to like about this company, very bad management from the CEO and COO (They are the owners of the company) DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, YOUR WHOLE CAREER WILL END HERE WITH THEM.

1. Delayed salary for more than 3 months and then they will give you 1 salary of only 80% and the rest we have to wait again for another 3 months to get the rest 20% with again another 1 salary from the previous months. 2. They will bring you on visit visa and get work from you and by the time it's up for your visa extention or renewal they will trick you into leaving the country saying they will bring you back and will send you off without even 1 months salary. 3. Medical insurance is promised but will never give you one. 4. Micromanagement 5. Damn long working hours and will make you work even at 10pm 11pm in the night saying they want to reach targets. (Monday to Saturday) they say Saturday is half day but you will be working from 9am to past 6pm. Normal working days is 8am to 6.30pm but never will the CEO let you leave by 6.30pm. He will keep watching you and scold you if you leave by 6.30pm saying that we are not interested to grow and all. (Again all to their benefit). 6. Won't let you take a proper lunch break either, they closed the office pantry and we have to go out now to take our lunch, sit on the road and eat our lunches. 7. No work life balance, even if we are with family during the weekend they will call us and tell us to design drafts and send to clients. 8. People leave this company just after 1 month of joining after they realise the failed situation of this company. CEO and COO are rude selfish people who only think about draining the last drop of blood in our bodies and try to make money out of us. No one is happy in this company other than themselves (CEO and COO). DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, they will promise you the sky and once you leave your current job and come here to the UAE with hopes to give your family in India a good life, all your dreams will be broken when these people don't pay even your 1 week salary. They use people and throw for their own benefits. There only excuse is "sorry we don't have funds" even after making us work till late night and against the UAE workers work timings. We engineers will be made to sacrifice our health and family lives just to make the CEO and COO earn their money to make their families happy.

Dislike everything. The owner is DON-1 in UAE. Government should arrest him also investigate because each and everythings are illegal. He is just like a proton consultancy in Mumbai. There is no difference.

1. They are scammer. TV ask you to reach their office by tourist visa and start exploiting employees when on visa expiry. No document will be given to you after exiling you from the office. It is a nightmare to engineer coming with a hope.
