... conducted. So, overall I did not find anything positive while working with TIG. You can only go to TIG to get your salary hiked but for that you will have to pay a very big price of, you need need scarify your mental peace.

Nothing to like much. The pay is competitive and they do Jo underpay like tech giants.

...o fixed shift. Be ready to work for 12-14 hours a day. No overtime. No comp off. The salary is an eyewash because number of hours is sky high. At an 80 hour work week you will make better money at everything else.

Don't join this organisation they claim, that it is multinational company but culture is like very sophisticated. Before joining, have not of it, that it is a LLP. Micro management, employees were ask at very time to send your work tracker what have you done every day.

No job security! People are on manager level are don't have the maturity.They are not up to the mark.

All other departments have good working culture only service desk department is the black spot for this company labor law should be apply for there also this department mental hrasment by seniors. If you secrify your family then please go ahead and join service desk.

Everthing is good in this company only service desk culture is very bad there is no leaves for the employees if they have any ilness they dont provide sick leaves. There is only bounded labour work. Mental harassment by the managers. If you can able to survive this kind of culture please go ahead and join. Job security is there if you join this company only 1 year you can stand in this compny because all the Employees will leave this compny due to the manager behaviour he dont have good knowledge of management. How to manage Employee happy he have zero knowledge. Only he want all the person from service desk will give respect him for all the time and dont ask any Questions regarding there own problems. Only chattu person can survived here.

1. I liked how they offer employees 2 slices of pizza to work for more than 5-6 hours beyond their shift timings 2. top management is like “Magambo” - from the movie Mr. India. The way he used to take care of his empire without thinking about their employees is a great example to learn in life from them

Company’s name - Total IT Global 😂 Bcoz there is no Technology/ Automation involved. Everything here is so manual that within a month you will see no difference in between you and a daily wage worker.
