...taff so that they can work from home during this current lockdown situation. No pay cut and all the staff got their salary prior the normal salary date. During the current forced lockdown, company give an opportunity to all staff to enhance or learn some new skills that can be useful once we return to normal operations.

Dislikes

Admin team have been giving their 100% support to sales and service team in this difficult situation. This situation much bigger than WWII. So i recommend the management to start some recognition policy for admin staff apart from sales and service team.

...y all pharmaceutical, chemical as well as education institute so Job is secure. Salary is also good as per market rates.

Flexible work hours Training..Training..Toshvin have excellent Training set up which can not replace or over take them. Birthday and anniversary celebration Customer help desk which makes most of field visits reduced

Don't have proper evaluation system and promotion criteria. Target review is not proper. Frequently changing uniforms (Shirts-T Shirts-Shirts)
