...to trape new people. Worst company for experiences. Company cheats after hiring. Got Great Place to Work by Fraud, Always try to cut the salary through multiple excuses. False promises and information provides on linked in.or other platforms. Indirectly forces to work after official time. Non cooperative sales team. Stingy culture for money. Too much low tour allowances. Completely toxic culture company, False promises and advertising, I don't recommend to any experienced person to join here. As per last few years feedback of current working employees 8-10 employees lefts the job from this company in every month. 0% job security as the company forces to employees to resign and no prior notice to fire the employee.

Good Environment of employees and technical specs of the company is very good Only one department needs to improve, and Salary should be as per employee work and skill and educational parameter Also, managers are very poor in their role they should carry their junior's effort and performance to management.

Employment satisfaction for me is zero Too much meeting schedule with no results which is a waste of time this affects your personal work time and then you have to stay in company to complete your work because next day again you have the same meeting For a fresher to start your career it is good but for 1-2 year only with bond , increaments will not satisfy you. As sometimes juniors will get more increaments because they are buttering someone and you are not.. after completing 2 years in bond again you have to rebond for the next 2 years No fix time to come home. Seniors will say acha aaj jaldi chala gaya. Sundays are off but not useful you have to work on sundays also if your meeting scheduled on early morning. Hoga wahi jo seniors chahate hai , aapko ko bas formality ke liye bula kar pucha jata hai fir bol denge humne jo bataya woh bhi sahi hai aur wahi hota hai , ismein bhi time waste karte hai karna wahi tha toh faltu bula kar time kyun waste karwaya Meetings and reviews ke naam se bas kya bolu. Yeh kabhi rukte nahi chalte rehte hai 1 mahine mein 4 reviews bhi hojaate hai kabhi kabhi aur aapko same baat batani hai har baar Company ke kaam ke liye bhi dusro se help mode mein baat karni padti hai kyunki ek baar bhi aapne complain kardi toh confirm hai next time woh aapka kaam atka he dega ya mauka dhundega aapki galti nikalne ka I worked for 4 years and 7 months and regret why I gave this much time here and still regret But haan seekha bahut hai yahaan pe jo aage mere kaam aayega but still the time can never be reversed.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
