...y for the plant but anyone will not respond immediately it will take more time. If you are working hard and learning more also by your full capacity with heartly but it will not effect on your growth and your salary.

Only job security is good otherwise everything else is terrible here. Only relatives of bosses would prosper here.

Only relatives of management authority gets promotion and salary here. Most of employees are corrupt that's why UEM was being sold to Toshiba now's it's time for Toshiba to get new buyer because most staff are same.

Manahement are not good as they take advantage of your knowledge and skills, there is not having any growth in operation and maintenance jobs, only project jobs are better .

Procurement department is hell, no body have right to send RFQ to any vendor without HOD permit. Order Is being placed on selected vendors only.

Dislikes

Working hours, no limit. Always abusing language being used by HOD. No work life balance in this organisation.
