Actual, japnese management is very Good for all the things but our Indian Mumbai team has so many political environment for employees. For education there is no value in company. If you join Toshiba as technician. After having engineering, you will not get promotion to engineer. In the end of you will have only sr.tech position. So Indian Mumbai team is not good only having politics.

Our effort getting wasted by taking more focused on process. Due to process we couldn't able to achieve Target . Due to stringent working process stakeholders not willing/continue to work. Installation target as compared to other competitors is very less since we all driving only by process which inturn affecting growth/now loosing orders at present situation.

There is no support for employees who join the company and Yes man culture is prevalent in the organisation and also very toxic work culture, I will suggest people to reconsider joining this organisation.

Company was doing good in past but now one one is taking the responsibility to take decision on technical matter. Technical back end do not bother how much is the urgency at site.

HR department. Lots of Ego. Don't even have humanity. Very less attention to listen employees. They don't even bother why did employees resigned. They are just listening if their good ones and take decision n action. They don't have courtesy to discuss the matter with employees
