New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

work load is that heavy after you leave this company you will fill like eden.

Salary is very low Career growth is very low Wordload is very high (Like alway 9+ hours) Here company owner will direcly do code review and will scold you if anything is wrong even if you are team leader then he will scold you in middle of office you, so you might feel useless. your social account you have to put their hiring pic.

My colleagues were really good and co-operative. The company used to provide us trainings on various technologies. The best part is, on every last week-day(Friday) they used to conduct team building and innovative games in which everyone used to take part very enthusiastically.

No Growth Team leader scolds you every time even when you ask for requirement like you dont have any knowledge. Team leader client and employee no communication. No coding only bug fixing in css file. They hired for latest technology and then trasfer to support team
