Frequent changes happening in employees welfare polices by reducing benfits interms of special HR & mobilty bonus etc. Removing employess frequently as per their wish without assiging any valid reasons by calling them in Business Analysis Meeting at Ahmedabad in fornt of HR. It's just a pressure technic for removing employess. Overall it's not an employee freindly employer. Trust deficit is also a big issue inbetween employess and employer.

Good work culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Policies are good, but appraisal and salary hike is poor every year.
