Salary is not up to mark. Even after they hired you from MBA campus recuitement they don't give you Management Trainee position and they hired you as Executive trainee. And promotions are very slow.

Good work environment and culture .fair Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company provides 2nd & 4th Saturday off and Uniform which saves cost of appeals.

Dislikes

...an productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.
