There is nothing to like. The company everything is done for show i.e buses, dress, subsidized canteen, because unimaginable salary, 1.44LPA😄 for freshers. Deduction, no one don't know how much rupees is deducted from CTC. if u get 2.5 LPA CTC then you will get 13000.

Dislikes

Especially in the warehouse, there are hardly any visit from top management. The warehouse manager's attitude is very arrogant and egotistic. They think that they are gods and humiliate all the junior staff.

...regarding leave or attendance and the salary deduction according to attendance..changes very certainly with out any proper / visible notice Salary structure is not employee friendly at all. Medical facilities are there..but in emergency it creates a miserable situation
