...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Excellent infrastructure,softwares, use of latest and most advance technology in research and development,work-life balance is good, segregation of departments are too detailed and elaborate. Overall, best in industry for learning and knowledge purpose.

Dislikes

...at hierarchy structure. Further, reporting structure to appraiser, managers etc. regarding projects completion and compensation can be improved.

There is nothing to like. The company everything is done for show i.e buses, dress, subsidized canteen, because unimaginable salary, 1.44LPA😄 for freshers. Deduction, no one don't know how much rupees is deducted from CTC. if u get 2.5 LPA CTC then you will get 13000.

Lowest paying company in india. Once you reach at company, no one knows what time their duty will be off. No work life balance.

You will get work-life balance, No calls after office hours & timely Salary you will get & bonus payout is quarterly.

Especially in the warehouse, there are hardly any visit from top management. The warehouse manager's attitude is very arrogant and egotistic. They think that they are gods and humiliate all the junior staff.

Salary always on time. Transportation and food facilities.

No promotions, weekend work, strict HR policies regarding time, mobile form, food and tea timings, poor support from seniors, Blaming culture
