Company culture are too good. No work related politics. no tention about job safety, suitable for 10 lac and above package persons because 7 to 8% increment on every year and also job safety only two punch and lunch for them. no work related load because all heads are only spent time no one take responsibility about company.

Dislikes

I spent 6 year on this company every year I take excellant ratting in annual appraisal and also from last two years they nominate me for Assistance manager but not give me post. and bus facility of torrent pharma are third class no comfortable on seat non AC and roads of dahej are too bad. HR Department is only for recruitment perpose they will not responsible for any issue.

The company is open to innvation and readily adopts latest tecno6. I love the fact that i am part of a team that markets reliable, hige quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgroinds ans we work happilu in collaboration. I also like the employee rehirepolicy here. Torrent like family

I WORK 3 YEARS IN TORRENT.GOOD TEAM WORK AND GOOD CO-ORDINATION WITH EACH OTHER. HR DEPARTMENT ALSO SUPPORTING AND ALL SENIOR.LUNCH BREAK FAST UR DINNER IS SO TASTY. IF CHANCE GIVEN I WILL JOIN AGAIN.

ONLY IS THAT APRESSAL IS BASED ON PERCENT BASIS. THOSE WHO HAVE LESS SALARY THEY WILL SUFFER. I MY CASE THAT'S THE REASON I LEAVE TORRENT.

...rth side. Finally i get oppourtunity to work with reputed organisation in r & d. But company transferred me in qc department without any salary hike in plant site. As i m from north there are too many qc drpartment like companies. I have left my comfort zone to work in r & d department but torrent again drag me in qc site against our will. This only thing i dislike.. Although company is too good work..

There is nothing to like. The company everything is done for show i.e buses, dress, subsidized canteen, because unimaginable salary, 1.44LPA😄 for freshers. Deduction, no one don't know how much rupees is deducted from CTC. if u get 2.5 LPA CTC then you will get 13000.

Lowest paying company in india. Once you reach at company, no one knows what time their duty will be off. No work life balance.
