Don’t allowing re entry of left candidate even though good candidature. It should change the policy. Also should break up the ties between local company ( like zydus, Amneal, Intas) for taking candidate to prevent outflow of good candidate to other state.

Company is good, work culture, mgt and policy also fine, individual growth as per type of work/department s depending.

Work permission follow system lengthy, Payment system required improve, Agencies taken more work from Labour charges low.

You will not be compensated fairly if you are working at a rank less than Manager. You will be one working hard but not getting paid accordingly
