...ement. 2. There is lots of cost cutting in the company; still GETs are hired. 3. Employee below manager level had very less salary and they were complaining about it; no action has been taken from our side. 4. Appraisal of employees are not been written by reporting manager. 5. On festival they told us to not take any gift from contractor but they are giving gift to govt employees. 6. There is no policies for hiring and firing of employees. 7. Senior tell to visit junior employee home for help but if any issue occur then they hide behind the curtain. 8. Told the management to sold out Azamgarh GA to other companies.

Being a part of CGD business and learning the aspects of CGD. The company culture was great. Organizing sports events, Training sessions is good

Dislikes

Salary is very less as compare to market. The salary gaps are also unjustified. Appraisal rate is also less

Better opportunity to learn from seniors. Most of the employee force have an average age of 25, so u can enjoy working with them. Most of the time goes in desk work. Just learn and switch to other organisations.

Dislikes

The salary difference in GET and Executive who is working since 3 yrs is at max 4k only, even the yearly appraisal is less than inflation. Most of the employee are always searching for new opportunities. The organisation have done pact with most of the other CGD companies, so switching will be a big difficulty. There are set of so called unwritten rules applicable for employees below AM only.

Human welfare is negligible in this company, politics every corner in this company, No benifits given for Hard work person even working on odd hours , Salary in Hand was very less comparative to other CGD company, Promotion given to those who are good in Gujarati.

1. If you are working in State capital GA's like Jaipur, Chennai then you can learn & lot. Your exposure will be good. 2. Lot's of learning materials are available. 3. Job Security. 4. Good relationship between Assistant General Managers & the Employees who are all working below. 5. You can Directly talk with your respective GA head.

Dislikes

1. Their CTC itself a big scam, they'll deduct quarterly/Diwali bonus from your monthly salary & give it to you as a quarterly (once in three months) & Diwali bonus. 2. No food for employees. Only tea/coffee you can expect, please don't expect biscuits. 3. No cab facilities for home to office pickups. 4. Very Low salary. (This point is not for AGM's & above) 5. No takeaway festival gifts. 6. No laptops for Executives. 7. If an experienced person leaves a job, they won't recruit new experienced employees suddenly. So, if you're a GET, you can find some difficulty in learning. 8. If you're looking to join in Steel department the be prepared to enjoy the sun bath 🌞 during your work hours.
