Office culture is not good, less salary, more responsibilities compared to salary, no proper structured work distribution, work is loaded only on employee who is working, contractors are valued more than their own employees even office boys and pool vehicle drivers have not any manners and even admin also listen to them at first place more than the employees.

Excellent job and working culture in PatialaGA. Alot of responsibilities given to individual engineer for self and technical or managerial growth.

Salary structure is very poor. Below manager employess unable to survive in this package. Hope managment for fare packages and hiring another one over current employer, due to this employess got dimotivate

Nothing is likable here only salary comes on time.

Almost everything , HR polices,work life balance, job salary. Here executives are too much underpaid,behaviour of above department is rude sometimes only to show that they are superior.

Worst company ever seen. No job security.. if u make small mistakes ( come late due to personal issues, ask them for leave ) they will fire u immediately on very next day without any notice or intimation
