Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Middle manager made this company as lala company where they think boss is always right, they want themselves to call as sir Plus shoe licking culture is there those who are in good Book and never disagree with indian management they get favouiorsim And Partiality in course remibursement in same team one person got paid for course and other is not due to not in good Book of manager. People got promotion in short period just because they was in good because and And HR is not taking any action after so many such incidents because of Indian HR people are powerless Due to bad management special accounts team is not happy at all If you are hard working and have self respect than this Torm indian management is not for you this is only for people who will make boss happy by doing something else than work
