Middle manager made this company as lala company where they think boss is always right, they want themselves to call as sir Plus shoe licking culture is there those who are in good Book and never disagree with indian management they get favouiorsim And Partiality in course remibursement in same team one person got paid for courseand other is not due to not in good Book of manager.
