No hierarchy. can put our idea to get processes stronger within department. You are having authority to execute any of your past good experiences at junior level as well.

Dislikes

fund allocation. excessive man power at higher level. Project requirements are changing in very short period of time. Proper validation need to carried out before going to production.

Apart from getting to work on creating a product from scratch, there wasn't much that i liked about working there.

Dislikes

Compensation was bad, location is bad, there's no one to learn from and no way to grow your skills, terribly long work hours, very few leaves.
