You will learn nothing, in this so called HR internship they are very clever they just want to increase their brand value so that's why they hire HR interns who can recruit other interns for various roles, you will take interviews but they will not guide you about anything after that they will give you a certificate that's it and it is also target based , recruit 10 candidates so that you can earn certificate other wise nothing. Very disappointed with this company.. Ewww

The extremely supportive senior managers and administrators make this worthwhile. The heads are very supportive and encouraging, especially keeping in mind that the internship is remote. The promotion and appraisal procedures keep you motivated. Good experience and knowledge of HR domain gained through exposure. Good collaborative team work experience. It is a very positive and enriching work environment. Flexible work hours, managers strictly see to it that interns are NOT assigned any work on Sundays. The internship gives you the opportunity to contribute to a good cause, and it contributes to your career growth as well! It is an amazing opportunity to leverage your career in the HR domain, allowing and encouraging you to take your initial steps in the field, even if you had less prior knowledge about it.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there is low motivation or incentive to do the internship and you start to question what you're doing with your time, but that is a given in remote internships (which are unpaid)- uncertainty is tricky to handle, and that is somewhat understandable. It is an unpaid internship, while at similar companies you could be getting paid for the same role and same responsibilities. To counter that, I would suggest you intern here for a few months (2-4) to gain knowledge, exposure and better understanding of HR domain (becuase this organization is amazing for that). Once you have gained confidence and are ready for the next step, you could seek better opportunities elsewhere (paid- because you deserve it for your hard work and your skills). In that way, you would be making a meaningful contribution to Top Trove Foundation, and at the same time learning important skills and getting exposure- to be able to advance in your own career.

Got shifted to Safar through promotion. Terrible experience, unprofessional interns working above you, you’ll be terminated for no good reason, so called ‘seniors’ expect you to be available at their convenience. If not, your termination request will be posted infront of everyone in the WhatsApp group of heads of departments.

I think slightly hopeless sometimes and I personally don't know is this internship worth or not. mind oscilating sometimes
