I recently had a disappointing experience working at Tops Infosolutions Pvt Ltd. I was asked to resign from my job just because I updated my LinkedIn profile with "Open to work." I was only looking for remote work opportunities to grow my career and find a better work-life balance, but instead of understanding that, the company chose to let me go. I find it very unfortunate that a company would take such a harsh step for something so simple. As employees, we all look for ways to improve ourselves and explore new opportunities, and it's sad that the company didn't support that. Instead of encouraging growth and trust, they made me feel like I did something wrong just by updating my profile. I hope the company rethinks how they treat their employees, especially when it comes to career growth and personal choices. There are companies that support and respect their team members ambitions. I wish Tops Infosolutions had done the same. For anyone considering joining this company, I would suggest looking closely at their policies and how they treat employees who want to grow in their careers.

Seniors are here full desi, Dont expects any kind of personality grooming or learning professionalism from Seniors. Most of them Chew tobacco during office hours. Unhygienic washroom and Canteen. Expecting to do permanent Work from the office but no proper space in the cafeteria & long cue in washrooms. You cannot groom yourself technically as well. Those old-school guys are stubborn to their learning only, don't let you grow. Parking Issue is also a big concern. 50 % time lift is also not working. No Sick leaves. In name of perks you only get flexible timings that also to chosen one. Don't believe HR, she is a puppet.

Only old staff is staying here, newcomers are joining and leaving within one year due to internal politics. Free Suggestions: Please provide the personality groom, Ethics, and English-speaking classes to seniors.

I have had chance of quickly picking up knowledge in a comparatively short time and seniors are commendable level of support to junior.
