Working with Toprankers was good, the environment and other things works well but there are few flaws that should be looked into.

Dislikes

There is no job security i feel, you can be let go at any moment. Those who are at the managerial level do not possess the relevant practical experience and thereby fails to appreciate the work, managers are not willing to take ideas, you will only be told to whatever is to be done there is no motivation, everybody is overburdened there and yes favoritism is at its peak there! Its not always what is looks from outside, those who have worked there knows the cons!

The HO department is so co-operative and always helps to develop my professional skills more and more. Also, the training and guidance provided by the seniors or product head is very helpful to achieve the goals.

Dislikes

Lack of acknowledgement and appraisal.

Likes

Everything about the organization is great.. Small team, new ideas are welcomed, no micro management and ownership is expected.. Growth is great.. Percentage of internal hike ranges between 15-30%

Dislikes

I would not say i dislike this but a challenging environment sometimes reduces the work life balance.. Well it also comes with fast career growth though.. Positive or negative is for the person to decide
