...n. Actually I have joined there in December month as career development officer. They have given fixed salary appointment letter and target base incentive structure. But in January month company have changes their policy. So I'm aggry with the same but from January month. So that company having responsibility to give Salary of December month as they have promised. I have taken lots of efforts for prooving my self and give my 💯% to company. Each and every company give employees some time to prepare themself. But in my case I have naver get single panny of my efforts. So ya my experience is terrible.

...eam not to party after office hours. Not with new joining or juniors atleast 6. They promise to give salary hike which is myth. 7. If you're a performer then you can't even resign, because they dont accept your resignation. 8. Team outings and all is again a myth. 9. You're asked to work on week offs also and if refuse to, then you're made to feel guilty about it. 10. You'll have to not just do sales but also marketing (stand outside societies) and help in product queries (refunds and all)

No salary.. poor financial conditions.. the monetary motivation is lost while serving this company.. total bad experience.. my financial stability has gone while working in this organization

Financial stability of company is not good hence they failed to provide basic salary on time.. so employees suffered from monetary crisis.. pressure was much higher.. and the rewards were just verbal even if employees are pulling much hard to meet more than the required goals

Soon after I joined the organization, due to my good performance I got a salary hike. I was loving my time here, no space for negativity and such a supporting staff. I think these things are rare to find, if you looking for your first job you should definitely give Toppscholars a try.

U WORK FOR FREE ULL NEVER GET SALARY & ALSO THEY WILL ASK FOR UN ACHIEVABLE TARGETS 10 TIMES OF UR SALARY & ALSO AFTER 50 DAYS OF WORKING ALSO ULL NOT GET UR SALARY ... ALSO THEY COMMIT TO GIVE U TA BUT FOR THEM COMMITMENTS HAVE NO VALUE ... & ALSO AT THE TIME OF SALARY DAY THEY DONT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS .... OR EMAILS ... TOTAL UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR ...
