...e availed only after achieving target. No perks other than salary and incentive. Salary is good for people with no or very less experience. I told the HR I want to join a company not a hellhole. Paid money doesn't justify the work salary should be higher. I didn't even go for interview.

... without any advertisement, barnding, promotion TOPPR was 2nd edtech in India Salary on time No layoff during Lockdown Office atmosphere was good Hybrid working-class Policy was comfortable as per employee to cantrol attrition

Salary's & team leader support for achieve target regularly guidance from team leader ,good team members friendly in nature

No Work life balance, huge pressure to achieve target, no job guarantee in sales

...ent and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management is not transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are not good and they do not give good salary hike and bonus every year
